This double jointed loose ring snaffle by Herm Sprenger is an anatomically adapted KK Ultra mouthpiece.   The middle link is angled at 45 degrees and contains the unique Lisa Wilcox-Ernst Hoyos WH roller.  The mouth piece comes either 16  or 18 mm thick and the ring is  70 mm.  Sensogan mouth increases salivation for comfort, concentration, and willingness to perform.
